Training Structure
A 3-hour Zoom meeting. The session comprises a self-reflection exercise, values-polling, team work and the lecturer’s instruction.
1. Mapping personal values
Participants engage in a self-reflection exercise, mapping and noting their personal values. Findings are not individually revealed, but grouped, and unveiled at a later stage. Participants are reminded of the organization’s values, and discuss how they are defined and why they are important.
2. Taking a values poll
In the second part of the training session, employees participate in a poll designed to visualize shared group values. Results are revealed, identifying matches between their own personal values and those of the company.
3. Revealing the match
Finally, participants see how their personal values match with those of the organization, exploring different ways of alignment. One value that does not match, or is considered important for future development is chosen to work on, as a mind-map exercise.
