Program Structure

ADVANCED COMPETTIVE STRATEGY: INTEGRATING THE ENTERPRISE consists of 5 2-hour sessions. Each session requires 1.5 hours’ preparation in advance. Classes are modelled on Harvard Business School cases and comprise case-method weekly group discussions.

Meet the Instructor

The Course Instructor is an MBA Program Communications Professor. He has over 25 year's experience in academia and working as a management consultant. Training commissions include S&P 500 clients in Europe and the USA.
